ACRI to gain foothold in India

The Association of Czech Railway Industry Companies (ACRI) has organised a business mission to India to present its products and services and develop the Indian market. The mission, which was organised in cooperation with the Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs, included visits to various Indian railway companies and authorities. Ten ACRI member companies took part in the mission, including Dako-CZ, MSV Elektronika, TTC, VÚKV, VZÚ Plzen, Bonatrans, AMiT, Passengera, Pars Komponenty, and Skoda. ACRI sees opportunities in the Indian market, particularly for suppliers of components such as wheels and wheelsets, braking systems, seats, and safety systems. There is also the possibility of supplying finished products or transferring technologies to India and producing them locally in cooperation with local companies.
