Norwegian infrastructure operator Bane NOR has appointed Tonje Wikstrøm Frislid and Gunhild Hernes Synnestvedt as the company's new directors. Frislid, former CEO of Flyr and Nobina Norway, will take over the position of Executive Vice President for Transport from October or November 2021. Synnestvedt, who has worked as Legal Director at Bane NOR since 2017, will take up the newly created position of Executive Vice President for Compliance and Safety from 1st September 2021. Frislid brings extensive experience from the transport sector, including positions at Norwegian and Unibuss. Synnestvedt has worked with all disciplines related to compliance and safety in her previous role at Bane NOR. She will now establish and develop the new Compliance and Safety division.
